1. Features

① The spindle sleeve allows for manual micro-feeding and is equipped with a limit device. The milling head of the horizontal milling machine can be adjusted clockwise and counterclockwise by 45°.

② The worktable allows for manual longitudinal and transverse feed and vertical lifting. Simultaneously, it can also achieve motorized rapid traverse, motorized feed, and vertical motorized lifting in both longitudinal and transverse directions.

③ It adopts a 1200mm extended slide and a 1500mm extended worktable, with a longitudinal travel of up to 1000mm, resulting in longer travel and greater stability.

④ Both the main drive and feed utilize gear transmission mechanisms, providing a wide speed range.

⑤ The horizontal milling machine spindle bearings use tapered roller bearings, offering high load-bearing capacity. It employs energy-efficient braking, providing high braking torque, rapid stopping, and reliable braking.

⑥ Rectangular guideways ensure good stability.

⑦ The worktable and guideways are subjected to ultra-high frequency quenching for increased strength.
